North Shares Recent Promotion of Chad Bailey to Operations Manager


Chad has worked in HVAC for 15 years now with a background in residential. Since starting at North, it’s been an eye-opening experience for him to the commercial side of HVAC. He enjoys the challenge of coming into the office and creating a team to execute all client's needs. Chad completed his course work at York Institution for HVAC, became NATE and EPA certified through Ivy Tech, and also earned a Completion of Synergy Field Supervisor Forum.

In his new role as Operations Manager, he communicates with clients to let them know how projects are going and makes site visits to ensure jobs will be finished on time. He also builds and sends quotes to clients, as well as sets up billing for projects. North appreciates Chad’s ability to get projects done with little information and short timelines. He continues to demonstrate his ability to look ahead and ask the right questions, proving him to be a huge asset to the North service team.

Outside of North, Chad enjoys being outside doing all things from nature walks and riding ATV’s. A unique fact about Chad is that he has a strong bowling background! His highest-scored game is a 234. He also spent many years coaching his son’s team through little league baseball for nearly 10 years, and was fortunate enough to win the district championship and go on to the state championship!
