North Announces Promotion of Austin Dodd to Operation Manager
Austin first joined North Mechanical 10 years ago in 2013 working in the warehouse. In 2015, he transitioned into a pre-apprentice in the service HVAC department, began the apprenticeship program a year later and then graduated from the Local 440 Apprenticeship Program and became a Journeyman. In his new position as Operation Manager, he reviews and prioritizes jobs daily, collaborates with coordinators and managers to ensure timely client service, assesses employee satisfaction, and checks invoices, work orders, projects, and more!

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as with friends and playing an occasional round of golf on the weekends.
