North Services Announces Promotion of Shelby Schneider to Assistant Operations Manager at Richmond Branch

Shelby stepped into her new role of Assistant Operations Manager at our Richmond branch for North Mechanical Service earlier this year. Shelby has been a valued member of North Mechanical Services since November 2015, when she joined us as a Service Coordinator. A graduate of Union County High School, Shelby went on to take business courses at Indiana University Bloomington before starting her journey in the mechanical industry. Over the years, she’s shown an unwavering dedication to learning every aspect of the business and has become an important part of our Richmond operations and project coordination.

"Shelby began her career with North Mechanical Services as the Service Coordinator at our newly acquired Richmond Branch in November 2015. She quickly proved to be a valuable asset to our Indianapolis team as well, embracing new challenges without hesitation. Her commitment to learning and willingness to take on additional responsibilities have significantly strengthened our team. As she became proficient in new tasks, she also took on a mentorship role—providing instruction and sharing her knowledge with others. Shelby's hard work and contributions have not gone unnoticed. Shelby credits much of her growth to her mentor, Cindi Capps, whose guidance, and encouragement have been instrumental in her journey. Inspired by that relationship, Shelby encourages others to find someone who is willing to teach and be a sponge by soaking up every bit of knowledge you can.

In her new role, Shelby is committed to:
