The North Mechanical team consists of top-quality managers, engineers, plumbers, pipe fitters, certified welders and highly educated and experienced technicians. North employs Indiana-licensed professional engineers, alumni of Purdue’s Building and Construction Management (BCM) and Constructing Engineering (CE) programs, graduates of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America’s (MCAA) Institute of Project Management (IPM), and OSHA trained technicians. North’s service technicians are STAR certified by the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA). Our stable staff means a solid team of people who collaborate extremely well.

Pre-Planning and Fabrication

An accurate estimate is crucial to a successful project. At the same time, the estimate is only a starting point. In the project pre-planning stage the North team collaborates to identify what can be pre-fabricated while the construction project progresses. We say, “what can’t we prefabricate”? North can fabricate complete modular assemblies, piping racks, pumping stations, plumbing batteries and complete mechanical systems in a controlled environment, ensuring the highest quality and most efficient use of labor.
 
North’s fabrication shop also specializes in high purity orbital welding performed in a clean room and stainless process piping built to order. Modular construction is something North embraces; knowing that delivering completely assembled volumetric components to the job site maintains consistent quality and saves customer labor dollars.
